As someone who’s seriously considering a career change into Project Management, I must thank you for your podcast series. I find them easy to digest and very informative, the perfect introduction and overview of the industry.

The episode on “Conflict Handling” does an excellent job of discussing this topic: how do you handle conflict in the workplace, especially when the team is comprised of individuals from different cultural backgrounds?
